TRD Photography - Rate Change
The time has come for some changes. The past year has brought on a lot of medical issues in my family, and I was planning to just start shooting on the side, but then we found out some more things and my schedule wouldn’t allow going back to a regular schedule job. So I get to keep shooting full-time, which I’m pretty stoked about. However, my rates have remained pretty much the same the past few years.
My rates are going up a little bit on each session. They will be detailed below. Also, my deposits are going up. The past two years, there has been an increase in people putting down a deposit, and it being low enough that they’ve been willing to no show their sessions.
My mini sessions are now going up to $125 instead of $100. The regular sessions will now be $225 instead of $200. The full sessions will now be $325 instead of $300. Deposits will be going up to $100 instead of the $50. These are for digital sessions.
Film photography sessions. These will be going up to $150, $250, and $350 respectively. The reason for the increase in film is because I have to cover the film and the chemicals to process it. Recently I’ve been getting essentially one use per chemical batch because I’ve not been shooting as much film, and so the chemicals expire much quicker.
I fully hope to work with you in the near future as after so many things happening last year, I didn’t shoot as much or blog as much on here. I apologize for the silence. Let me know if I can help capture whatever you may need.
